Returns: Each order is custom made, so there are no returns on any order. 

Refunds: I require a non-refundable 50% down deposit to book your order. If your order is canceled 30 days in advance, I will refund your deposit because this will give me a chance to fill this spot on my calendar. No refunds will be provided once the order is paid in full.
